Refund policy

B2B Standard Return & Refund Policy Due to the highly specialized technical nature of our power electronics and motor controllers, our return policy is strictly defined to ensure system integrity:

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for brand-new, unopened items in their original, sealed factory packaging within 14 days of collection.

• Ineligible Items: Any product that has been powered up, programmed, installed, or has a broken factory seal is strictly non-returnable due to safety and quality assurance protocols.

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover technical inspection, re-certification, and administrative costs.

• Defective Goods: If a product is suspected of a manufacturing defect, it will be handled under the manufacturer’s (Turntide/Sevcon) warranty terms. Ekol Engineering will provide technical support for initial diagnostics.

• Return Shipping: All costs for return shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Governing Law: This Return & Refund Policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any legal challenges regarding returns, restocking fees, or warranty claims shall be resolved exclusively in the Istanbul Anatolia Courts and Enforcement Offices.
