Usage, Safety & Export Compliance Terms

Export Controls: By completing a purchase, the buyer guarantees full compliance with UK Strategic Export Controls. Diversion of goods contrary to United Kingdom law is strictly prohibited.

Professional Installation Required: These products operate at lethal voltages (up to 800V DC). Installation and commissioning must be performed by qualified electrical engineers. Ekol Engineering is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper installation or configuration.

Programming & Commissioning: Controllers are typically shipped with factory default settings. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the official IXXAT USB-to-CAN hardware and Turntide DVT software required for configuration.

Limitation of Liability: Ekol Engineering’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from system integration.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this site shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Anatolia Courts and Enforcement Offices
