Shipping policy

Shipping Terms: EXW (Ex Works) All sales conducted through Ekol Engineering are based on EXW (Ex Works) terms in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.

• Collection Point: All goods are made available for collection at our facility in the United Kingdom.

• Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for all freight arrangements, shipping costs, and insurance from the moment the goods leave our facility.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Export Documentation: Ekol Engineering provides the necessary commercial invoices and official export license declarations (including EUSU/SU where applicable) required for UK Customs. The legal export process must be managed by the buyer’s designated freight forwarder.

• Lead Times: Dispatch times are subject to stock availability and UK Export Control processing times.

• Legal Governance: All shipping arrangements and contract terms under EXW are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of a legal dispute regarding delivery or collection, the Istanbul Anatolia Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
