Specifically designed for heavy-duty vehicle OEMs and system integrators, the R300 offers an exceptional power-to-weight ratio (300kW @ 6.7kg) and automotive-grade durability.

Engineered for maximum efficiency, the R300 is equipped with a sixth gen. IGBT powerpack capable of up to 1200V/800A peak phase current. It delivers best-in-class efficiency and reduced harmonics with VarioSwitch technology, alongside reduced consumption via Deep Sleep and Wake-up modes. The application software enables sensors auto-calibration functions for position sensor types including Resolver, XMR, Absolut Encoder, Incremental Encoder, and BiSS. Sensorless control is also available with embedded position sensor redundancy.

The R300 is powered by an ASIL D certified triple core microcontroller @300Mhz, offering superior system-level flexibility:

  • DeveLinkSTUDIO: A real-time software interface tool provided free of charge, allowing for effortless parameter calibration and VCU communication via 2x CAN channels.

    Advanced Control Dynamics: Provides precise Current, Torque and Speed Control, and utilizes DPWM to deliver maximum stall current at 0rpm.

  • Precision Monitoring: Features self-protection capabilities like OVP, OCP, and OTP, accompanied by speed and temperature derating. It supports temperature sensors including NTC (10k) and PTC series. Additionally, an interlock signal can be fed for additional safety.
